兔桡骨骨折 Radial fracture
背景介绍:
使用电锯建立兔桡骨骨折模型,手术创伤小、造模效果确切、可重复性好,并且由于尺骨的支撑作用造模后无需对骨折部位进行固定,是一个较为理想的骨折动物模型。
模型应用领域:
1)探究桡骨骨折的发病机制;2)用于桡骨骨折相关相关药物的药效评价
实验材料:
新西兰大耳白兔
造模方法:
实验鼠麻醉,前肢桡骨中段纵向切口,暴露桡骨,电钻将桡骨中段弄断。
