Establishment of a biliary obstruction and recanalization model by common bile duct ligation
Establishment of a biliary obstruction and recanalization model by common bile duct ligation
Background
Biliary obstruction is a common disease, which is mainly associated with bile duct stones. Choledocholithiasis can cause the biliary tract to change from a normal anatomical state to a dilated state, thereby affecting biliary function. In recent years, the incidence of biliary obstruction has gradually increased. Studies have shown that there are many causes of biliary obstruction, such as bile duct stones, intestinal cancer, pancreatic head cancer, etc. At present, surgery, pharmacotherapy and other methods are mostly used clinically to relieve the obstruction in patients.
Materials and methods
SD rats (male, weighing 250–300 g)
Modeling method: The common bile duct was ligated, and the ligation was released 7 days later to establish a biliary obstruction and recanalization model.
Evaluation indicators: gross observation, ELISA assay, HE staining
