House dust mite-induced allergic asthma model

Background
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease involving multiple inflammatory cells. Allergen‑induced airway inflammation is one of the core pathophysiological processes in the development of asthma. House dust mite (HDM), one of the most prevalent airborne allergens in dust and bedding fillers, is a major indoor allergen and plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
Materials and methods
BALB/C mice (half male and half female, 8 weeks old)
Modeling method: On the 8th day after sensitization via intratracheal injection of house dust mite, nasal drip challenge was performed to successfully establish an allergic asthma model.
Evaluation index: HE staining
Test and verify

Pulmonary tissue HE staining
