The rat dorsal aircushion synovitis model is simple to establish, reproducible, has a short experimental cycle, and is cost-effective. Materials and methods
9 SD rats, male, weighing approximately 170g
Modeling Method: Subcutaneous air was injected through a filter into the backs of rats in each group to form an air bladder. The model group and treatment group were then injected with 2 ml of 2% carrageenan into the air bladder to induce inflammation. Rats in the treatment group were administered oral doses of pravastatin at 2.5 mg/kg.

背部气囊解剖外观观察

 

在致炎 24 h 后的急性炎症期取背部气囊解剖进行外观观察发现模型组各模型组滑液渗出较多,出均增加,不透光,这与急性炎症的情况反应一致,说明造模成功,治疗组背部气囊颜色更加清澈,说明普伐他汀治疗有一定效果。

灌洗液和血清炎症因子变化


对比正常组,模型组血清及气囊灌洗液CRPMDA含量均明显上升,提示存在急性炎症及氧化应激;对比模型组,治疗组气囊灌洗液CRPMDA含量无明显变化,但血清CRPMDA含量降低,提示全身急性时相反应减退,预后较好,说明普伐他汀治疗有一定效果。

HE染色


正常组结构正常无明显病理变化;模型组均可见大量炎性细胞浸润,其中2号样本并伴有明显出血现象,模型有效;治疗组对比模型组而言,病理现象没有太大差别,无明显治疗效果。
